Job summary

KBR seeks a Quality Engineer to provide QA/QE support through all hardware development phases, ensuring compliance with requirements and standards. The QE will assist in process and product assessments, testing, peer reviews and QA/QE activities for the HHPC2 contract with NASA.

Responsibilities include reviewing WADs, TPS, DRs, and procurement activities, supporting design reviews, and driving continuous quality improvements across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university with a minimum of 1 year of applicable experience, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QA/QE activities across all phases of hardware development.
• Review flight hardware related documents, TPS, DRs and shipping docs.
• Join design reviews and TRR to provide QE input.
• Identify and implement process improvements with QA/QMS teams.
• Maintain knowledge of QA/QE standards and procedures.
