Qualifications

• 1-4 years of relevant work experience with LV and/or MV motors.
• Eager to learn new technologies and techniques.
• Ability to frequently sit and/or stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field failure analysis and report results to Engineers.
• Maintain updated records of analysis on SAP for KPI assessment.
• Support repairs, inspections, and containment as necessary.
• Establish a good network for problem-solving process.
• Collaborate with the Service Team on data collection.
• Participate in cross-functional teams evaluating quality issues.
• Monitor KPIs and report issues to the management team.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Demonstrated 5S skills

Experience and knowledge of electric motors

Familiarity with shop tools and equipment

Education

Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
