Job summary

Kimball Electronics Jasper is seeking a Quality Engineer to provide technical leadership in quality planning for customer and supplier programs. You will support corrective actions, drive data-driven decisions, and act as a communication link between KEI and customers.

The role requires self-motivation, strong communication, and the ability to mentor technicians while collaborating in a cross-functional team led by the Lead Engineer and Program Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Quality Engineering experience preferred.
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/13485 and AS9100 quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality planning activities for customer and supplier programs.
• Support Corrective Action activities and quality reporting.
• Mentor Engineering Technician (ET) and Engineering Admin (EA).
• Communicate effectively between KEI and customers to drive quality.
