Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Quality Engineer in Lynchburg, OH to join a growing team. The role is direct hire with a salary of $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year and a Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM schedule.

Required is a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 2-5 years of quality engineering experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing, with ISO 9001 knowledge and APQP experience (FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, PPAP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5 years of quality engineering experience preferred in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or higher quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support corrective and preventive action processes and 8D investigations.
• Partner with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Inspection teams to improve quality.
• Define and support inspection requirements and monitor quality metrics.
