Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Quality Engineer with a strong background in quality auditing and a passion for driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, along with at least 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain audit schedules, documentation, and corrective action plans
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
• Support the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS)
• Facilitate training sessions and presentations on quality standards and best practices
• Participate in supplier audits and evaluations to ensure quality expectations are met
• Assist in the creation and review of quality documentation, including inspection plans, control plans, and standard operating procedures

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role, with hands-on quality audit experience
• Strong understanding of ISO standards, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, CAPA, and root cause analysis
• Experience with ERP and QMS software systems
