Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
3+ years in quality engineering within manufacturing.
Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
Proficiency in SPC, root cause analysis, and 8D/FMEA methodologies.
Strong understanding of metrology, inspection techniques, and GD&T.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for quality improvement.
Perform product inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
Facilitate the resolution of customer quality complaints and feedback.
Maintain and update quality documentation, including control plans, FMEAs, and work instructions.
