Job summary

Gorilla Glue is seeking a Quality Engineer to apply quality engineering principles to identify risks, resolve concerns, and improve processes across OTC, cosmetic, and adhesive products. The role supports quality programs and promotes product quality and reliability.

You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and cross-functional partners to balance safety, performance, and cost, while developing technical expertise within the Quality organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing or supplier quality.
• Experience with new product development and process qualification.
• Experience applying statistical analysis in quality engineering.
• ISO 9001 or GMP experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, manufacturers, and suppliers to meet quality objectives while balancing safety, performance, cost.
• Support quality activities for new product development, packaging initiatives, process improvements, and ongoing operations.
• Participate as the Quality representative on cross-functional project teams to identify and address risks.
• Troubleshoot new and existing products and processes and resolve quality concerns.
• Perform statistical analysis to support troubleshooting and qualification activities.
• Develop and implement Quality Control Plans for new products and processes.
• Define inspection and testing protocols for OTC, cosmetic, and adhesive products.
• Conduct supplier audits and review corrective actions.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Travel up to 30%.
