Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Strong typing, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to listen patiently and stay calm.
• Team player with courteous and friendly demeanor.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and handle multiple demands.
• Solid problem solving and decision making skills.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Word; basic internet and social media.
• Data analytics skills using Excel; PowerBI knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to consumers by listening and responding timely to all inquiries and concerns.
• Document each consumer contact in the Consumer Affairs database and follow specifications for data entry.
• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist consumers with projects and product selection.
• Create brand awareness to develop loyal consumers.
• Monitor consumer feedback and report issues to management.
• Assist with Consumer Affairs and general office duties including mail, supplies, filing, and other tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
