Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
Proficient in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control procedures.
Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
Utilize statistical methods to analyze process data and identify areas for improvement.
Perform product and process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into product design and manufacturing processes.
Manage and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
