Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing plant.
• Proficient with Six Sigma and lean techniques (Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred).
• Experience writing SOPs and leading quality improvement projects.
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify quality improvement opportunities with management.
• Communicate with customers on quality issues and provide solutions.
• Reduce process variation and improve process capability.
• Evaluate current metrics to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with operations to promote quality culture and apply LSS tools.
• Coordinate quality training records and compliance.
• Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures.
• Communicate with stakeholders confidently and manage multiple duties.
