Job summary

Rolls‑Royce in Minnesota is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive product quality using quality engineering tools and inspections at the MTU factory or partner locations. You will coordinate QC objectives, develop audits, oversee PFMEA, and perform root‑cause analyses to prevent issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing engineering with 3 years quality engineering experience in large industrial equipment, or 7 years quality engineering experience with large industrial equipment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; no visa sponsorship available.
• Flexible hours or shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement quality control objectives to resolve production problems, maximize reliability and minimize cost.
• Devise and implement quality control plans and audits of production and operations.
• Oversee PFMEA process and 8D/A3 root‑cause analyses.
• Investigate non‑conformances including customer complaints and internal improvements.
• Carry out product inspections and provide timely quality data to management.
