Job summary

Mycronic is seeking a Production Expeditor to join the Global Technologies division. The role focuses on coordinating material flow, managing work orders, and ensuring timely production in a fast-paced electronics environment.

You will work with ERP/MRP systems, coordinate with procurement, engineering, and production teams, and help optimize resources to meet delivery deadlines while maintaining quality standards. This position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in distribution or inventory management.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and inventory systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Route components from the warehouse to production cells according to needs.
• Manage work order releases, completions, and material transactions.
• Use ERP/MRP systems to monitor shop floor orders and inventory movement.
• Update production dates and order information in Visual ERP and Excel status sheets.
• Walk the production floor regularly to identify delays or missing parts.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate with production, planning, inventory, engineering and shipping/receiving teams to coordinate production activities.
• Share updates and address material or scheduling issues to help keep timelines on track.
