Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking candidates for its Quality Engineer Development Program. This two-year program starts with 12 weeks of High Intensity Training, followed by 9 months in a Divisional Corporate Quality role and a 12-month rotation in Manufacturing Quality at a domestic site.

Successful completion aims to place you into a Quality Engineer level role aligned with business needs, with exposure to multiple product lines and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field required.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide Quality support throughout product lifecycle from design to post-market surveillance.
• Author Master Records, Design Controls, Risk Management, protocols and reports per regulations.
• Develop test plans for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, R&D, Product Managers, Manufacturing and other groups.
• Investigate, track and trend complaints; generate trends and Management Review reports.
• Suggest process improvements to management.
• Engage in process improvements for product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support CAPAs, SCARs, supplier maintenance, and related activities.
