Job summary

Medline Industries, LP invites motivated early-career candidates to join its Quality Engineer Development Program. This two-year program begins with HIT and includes rotations across Corporate Divisional and Manufacturing Quality roles to build a strong foundation in Quality engineering.

Participants will work on device master records, design controls, risk management, and CAPA processes while contributing to cross-functional teams and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or other related major.
• 3.0 minimum GPA preferred.
• Experience processing details and prioritizing importance to problem solve.
• Experience using time management skills across multiple projects with deadlines.
• Experience using MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Unrestricted permanent US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide Quality support throughout the product lifecycle from design to post-market surveillance.
• Author Device Master Records, Design Controls, Risk Management, protocols and reports in compliance with regulations.
• Develop test plans to evaluate new and existing products.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, R&D, Product Managers, Manufacturing and other functions.
• Investigate, track and trend complaints and generate trend/Management Review reports.
• Communicate significant QA issues and recommend process improvements to management.
• Engage in process improvement related to product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support CAPA's, SCAR's, supplier maintenance, and more.
