Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks a hands-on Quality Engineer to lead a Quality Technician on the production floor in Bluffton, Ohio, owning ISO 9001 compliance and driving RCA and corrective actions.

You will work directly with owners and management, enjoy a Monday–Friday day shift with minimal weekends, and expand skills through exposure to upgraded processes and a stable, diverse manufacturing base. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years in a similar quality role preferred.
• Experience with QMS (ISO or IATF) is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with RCA and corrective actions desired.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ISO 9001 certification, including compliance, documentation, audits.
• Communicate with customers on quality issues and status.
• Complete customer-specific quality paperwork and documentation.
• Establish, monitor, and improve quality KPIs and metrics.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Perform internal audits and quality training for team members.
• Document inspection results in the ERP system.
