Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Fabrication Manager to lead daily metal fabrication operations for data center hardware and related components. You will drive safety, quality, throughput, and on-time delivery across sheet metal, welding, CNC machining, and related processes.

Collaboration with engineering, quality, and supply chain is essential. The role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and a proven track record in metal fabrication environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
5–10 years in progressive metal fabrication leadership.
2–4 years in production leadership or supervisory role.
Experience with sheet metal fabrication, welding, forming, CNC, machining, or copper/aluminum processing.

Responsibilities

Manage daily fabrication activities across multiple departments and shifts.
Translate master production schedule into daily/weekly fabrication priorities.
Lead Supervisors and production teams to meet safety, quality, throughput, cost, and delivery targets.
Balance production requirements across equipment, labor, materials, and downstream needs.
Monitor performance, address deviations, and coordinate labor/equipment utilization.
