Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a quality-focused professional to analyze data, investigate root causes, and drive corrective actions within a manufacturing environment in Carrollton, Texas. You will support first article verifications, compliance audits, and ensure adherence to customer specs while producing clear work instructions and procedures.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in a manufacturing, mechanical, or electronic engineering discipline is a plus.
• Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in an OEM or Contract Manufacturing Environment.
• IPC-A-610 CIS certification would be a strong plus.
• Able to use MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) effectively.
• Ability to seek out and obtain pertinent information, draw conclusions, and resolve issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication with engineering and management.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and offer improvement ideas.
• Able to work effectively in a team and maintain reliability.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations, and willingness to work overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Quality data analysis and reporting, investigate Root Cause and help develop corrective actions.
• Resolve process issues and ensure workmanship standards are maintained
• Assist during first article/first piece verifications.
• Assist the Compliance Group during process audits as needed, complete or provide input to rejection reports
• Assist and/or verify that activities, items, and hardware are in compliance with documented customer specifications and requirements.
• Helps produce work instruction and procedures.
• Maintain a proactive approach to resolving issues with urgency to complete assignments on time.
