Job summary

Data Center Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Engineer to join the Quality team supporting cross-functional project and operations groups in Brookshire, Texas. You will develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system to ensure product specifications and industry standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in quality assurance, and experience with electro-mechanical, vehicle, or aerospace assemblies. Six Sigma/ASQ certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality assurance and quality control experience.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects and electro-mechanical/vehicle/aerospace assemblies preferred.
• Six Sigma or ASQ certification preferred.
• Knowledge of design for quality, hypothesis testing, and process capability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system to meet product specs and standards.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues and defects; report performance to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports highlighting metrics, risks, and progress toward objectives.
• Oversee documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports and corrective actions.
