Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in the United States seeks a Quality Engineer to act as a liaison between internal functions and customers, supporting continuous improvement and quality verification for PCB products.

You will handle customer communications, coordinate with inspectors, manage returns and complaints, and apply 8D, PFMEA, and DOE concepts while ensuring AS9100/NADCAP alignment and ITAR/export awareness.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and communicate in English to perform job functions.
• Understand technical requirements and communicate with others.
• Strong customer service skills and detail orientation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic QC tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Act as customer point of contact for communications regarding processed or in-process product.
• Coordinate with customer source inspectors and communicate concerns after shipment.
• Maintain and integrate quality systems for returns and complaints.
• Identify customer requirements and apply PCB specifications.
• Analyze product returns and inform QA, operations, and customers.
• Support 8D, PFMEA, DOE, 6S, and other continuous improvement efforts.
