Job summary

Romac is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure products meet high standards across development, production, and improvements. You will apply quality tools, manage risks, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prevent issues and drive process improvements.

The role involves data testing, validation, and supporting documentation control, with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable impact within Romac's operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Expertise in continuous improvement relative to Quality Assurance.
• Proven success in ability to see projects through to completion.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• With oversight, work on tasks in support of larger quality projects.
• With guidance, help to resolve quality issues in production.
• As directed, test and validate data, systems, or products.
• With direction, support engineering in establishing and auditing Romac controlled documentation.
• Develop inspection methods to ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards.
