Romac is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure products meet high standards across development, production, and improvements. You will apply quality tools, manage risks, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prevent issues and drive process improvements.

As a Quality Engineer, you'll help ensure our products meet the highest standards throughout their entire lifecycle—from development and production to ongoing improvements. You'll apply quality engineering tools, risk management practices, and problem‑solving skills to improve products and manufacturing processes while helping prevent potential issues before they occur. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, contribute to product and process improvements, support testing and validation efforts, and may provide guidance to QA technical staff. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in engineering principles who enjoys continuous improvement and making a measurable impact.
Hours: Mon‑Fri 7:00am-3:30pm
$36.83-$55.29 per hour. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
