Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of quality management experience.
• Willingness to work variable shifts and travel 0–10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, and production performance in daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S principles.
• Prepare and verify procedures and checklists for equipment assembly.
• Support CAPA processes and quality improvements with leadership.
• Collect quality data and generate inspection reports as required.
• Coordinate with other facilities to standardize quality tools.
