Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician to support safe production and the Excellerate Quality plans across manufacturing.

Under the supervision of the Quality Value Stream Leader or Quality Engineer, you will ensure assemblies meet defined specifications, document inspections, and help drive continuous improvement. This role emphasizes 5S, data collection, CAPA, and NCM controls, collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize quality tools across locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of quality management experience.
• Willingness to work 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am shifts.
• Travel 0–10%.
• Strong attention to safety and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and ensure all employees follow safety policies.
• Meet safety, quality, and production metrics.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area per 5S principles.
• Complete procedures and checklists to verify assemblies meet specifications.
• Assist with NCM tagging, logging, and quarantine of materials.
• Provide inspection reports and status updates toExcellerate Quality team.
• Coordinate data collection of quality metrics (inspections, checklists, etc.).
• Support CAPA process and quality training as needed.
• Collaborate with leaders to standardize quality tools across locations.
• Perform other related duties as required.
