Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-3 years of quality management experience.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Work hours 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; overtime possible.

Responsibilities

• Reviews quality metrics to drive continuous improvement in processes and products.
• Conducts scheduled internal audits to monitor the health of the Quality Management System.
• Ensure employees follow company Safety policies.
• Performance against safety, quality, and production metrics.
• Collaborate with Value Stream Leaders to define quality requirements and checklists.
• Provide inspection reports and supporting materials.
• Lead Non-Conforming Material (NCM) processes and quarantine as needed.
• Collect quality data (inspection results, checklists, torque values, photos, certifications).
• Support CAPA processes and cross-site standardized quality tools implementation.
• Assist with quality training and provide performance feedback.
• Contribute to employee relations and lean improvement projects.
• Follow Non-Conforming Material and CAPA procedures.
