Job summary

Ingersoll Rand's Monroe, Louisiana facility is seeking a Quality Engineer to strengthen quality performance across operations. You will lead investigations into customer complaints, support ISO 9001 compliance, and drive corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.

This hands-on role partners with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to develop process controls, analyze data, and implement robust documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years in manufacturing quality or a related role.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of customer complaints, warranty issues, and internal nondconformances using structured problem‑solving methodologies.
• Support and improve the site’s ISO 9001 quality management system and conduct audits.
• Analyze quality and production data to identify trends, reduce defects, and improve performance.
• Develop and maintain quality planning and validation documentation (PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, CPs).
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to implement process controls and training.
