Job summary

Ford Energy is building a new battery energy storage site in Glendale, KY. As a Quality Engineer you will lead an agile team to deliver advanced quality standards, and use data-driven solutions across design, construction and launch.

You will apply PFMEA, GD&T, statistics, and 3D CAD review to drive quality from start‑up through operation, empowering others and shaping the future of energy storage technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field.
• 0-3+ years of manufacturing process or quality engineering in automated facilities.
• Desirable: Master’s or MBA, strong data analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead an agile team to deliver advanced quality standards for a greenfield site.
• Develop data‑driven solutions across design, construction and launch phases.
• Foster a culture of trust and shared quality accountability.
