Job summary

LiveView Technologies is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team on-site in Utah. You will lead root-cause analysis, drive PFMEA, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance across production lines, with emphasis on data-driven quality improvements.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in manufacturing, experience with SPC/Six Sigma, CAD tools, and automated test equipment, and a collaborative approach to NPI and quality handoffs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; 2–5 years of manufacturing quality control experience.
• Experience with SPC, Six Sigma, and PFMEA.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 QMS and quality documentation.
• Ability to work on the manufacturing floor and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform root-cause analysis on electromechanical failures to resolve CARs.
• Design and deploy automated test fixtures and basic software integration.
• Support PFMEA creation and testing protocols.
• Monitor production data and generate actionable quality reports.
• Optimize test procedures and cycle times to improve first-pass yield.
• Ensure manufacturing methods align with ISO 9001 and customer specs.
• Collaborate with Mfg Eng and Hardware Design on NPIs and handoffs.
