Resilient Structures is seeking a full-time Quality Engineering Specialist to join our team in St. George, UT. You will support quality initiatives, improve manufacturing processes, and uphold the standards that drive our success.

The ideal candidate will have a 3+ year background in quality engineering, training in QA/QC/QMS and ISO auditing, and strong data-analytic and leadership skills to foster continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality or a related field.
• 3+ years of quality engineering or manufacturing quality experience.
• Training in QA, QC, QMS, and ISO auditing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve quality across manufacturing operations by analyzing data.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 compliance and provide technical guidance to production teams.
• Drive quality performance and supplier quality initiatives.
