Job summary

HUXWRX Safety Co. in Millcreek, UT, is seeking a Quality Engineer for an in-office, full-time role.

You will lead quality programs, develop processes, and drive continuous improvement across materials, manufacturing, and product lifecycle. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a scientific field and 3+ years in ISO 9001 quality engineering, with strong statistical and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role in an ISO 9001 environment.
• Experience with calipers, height gauges, plug/ring gauges, thread gauges, micrometers, etc.
• Proficiency with data analysis software and statistics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams to implement best in class quality management systems and processes.
• Develops and refines processes for safety, cost, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation.
• Perform sampling, inspection, defect recognition, product testing, and SPC trending.
• Support investigations, risk assessments, deviations, dispositions, and corrective action plans.
• Oversee in-process inspection of production and prototype parts.
• Participate in design control and evaluation of changes to design/manufacturing process.
• Train personnel to ensure proper execution of quality protocols.
