Job summary

Services for Success, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive continuous improvement and ensure processes deliver safe, reliable, and customer-focused outcomes.

You will collaborate with process owners to measure performance, identify risks, and implement preventive actions that reduce variation and improve quality and delivery. The role leads internal audits, reviews quality systems, and partners with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to support systemic improvements through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (or 2 years with a Master’s Degree in related discipline).
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and continuously enhance internal and supplier audit programs to assess process effectiveness and drive operational improvement.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective action initiatives to prevent recurrence.
• Provide quality engineering support for new and existing products through first-piece approvals and validation of processes.
• Participate in product and process design reviews to identify quality risks and improve manufacturability.
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate supplier quality performance metrics to improve overall supply chain performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven decision making.
