Job summary

sg360° is seeking a Quality / CI Engineer to monitor, analyze, and improve the quality and efficiency of its operational processes. The role involves developing quality standards, implementing control systems, and driving continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include data-driven problem solving, root-cause analysis, and coaching on Lean Six Sigma. The position requires 2+ years in quality engineering and travel for local meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance.
• ASQ certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel for local meetings and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and quality control systems.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes and finished products for quality compliance.
• Collaborate with operations to implement process controls and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure workflows and products comply with safety, regulatory, and EHS requirements.
• Investigate issues and identify root causes; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide coaching on Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies (Six Sigma).
• Support new product and process implementation into production.
• Manage quality and CI projects to improve operational performance.
