Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Quality Engineer Associate to document, manage, and implement the Quality Assurance plan for the assigned business unit and/or service center.

You will lead quality control activities, coordinate with project teams, and ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements. Collaborate on engineering deliverables, manage CAPAs, and drive continuous improvement using ISO, CMMI, Lean Six Sigma, and ITIL frameworks.

Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial/Systems).

Responsibilities

• Document and implement the Quality Assurance plan for the assigned unit.
• Incorporate and lead the project's Quality Management System and control documents.
• Initiate, follow up and close corrective actions and CAPAs.
• Manage nonconforming installation and punch list closeout.
• Review engineering deliverables and ensure comments are addressed.
• Coordinate with 3rd party design/testing agencies and implement recommendations.
• Develop tailored processes across the value stream using ISO, CMMI, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL.
