You will lead the 3-Phase Quality Control process, manage CAPAs, and coordinate with engineers to ensure conformance to ISO, CMMI, and Lean Six Sigma practices. The role emphasizes data collection, meticulous documentation, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required, preferably Industrial/Systems.
• Experience with quality assurance processes and documentation encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Document and implement the Quality Assurance plan for the assigned unit.
• Lead 3-Phase Quality Control inspections (preparatory, initial, follow-up).
• Manage CAPA, NCRs, and corrective actions with project teams.
• Coordinate with engineering reviews of drawings, specs and submittals.
• Collect and report data on quality conformity and process improvements.
