BIORCE is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure our AI-powered platforms are reliable and scalable for clinical trials. You will design and maintain automated testing frameworks, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and drive quality metrics across the release cycle.

In this hybrid Austin-based role, you will partner with data science and software teams to ensure regulatory‑grade reliability, performance testing, and robust CI/CD practices in a healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in QA engineering, test automation, or software quality.
• Experience with modern testing frameworks.
• Experience planning and tracking product misalignments, via functional or automated testing.
• Experience with stress or platform performance testing is a major plus.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and agile practices.
• Detail‑oriented mindset and ability to spot issues others miss.
• Experience in healthcare, biotech, or data platforms is a major plus.
