Job summary

Inspire11 is seeking a Quality Engineer to build and maintain automated tests across client stacks in Agile squads. You will learn automation architectures, participate in peer code reviews, and help drive best practices within the SDET community.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of QE experience, strong QA fundamentals, and hands-on experience with modern test tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Postman. This is a full-time on-site role at Inspire11 in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain automated tests across the stack for clients in Agile squads.
• Apply automation architectures, coding standards, and best practices via code reviews.
• Collaborate with development teams to adopt test best practices from the QE community.
• Execute and maintain automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.
• Produce KPI reports on testing results, logs, and coverage.
• Develop testing plans covering all business functionalities with Agile teams.
• Support release activities and readiness validation.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to complete testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated tests at various levels within application stacks for clients across Agile squads.
• Learn and apply automation architectures, methodologies, coding standards, and best practices through code reviews and peer collaboration.
• Partner with development teams to adopt test best practices from the SDET community.
• Execute and maintain automated test cases in the CI/CD pipeline.
• Produce reports on KPIs of testing results, logging, and coverage.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to develop testing plans covering all business functionalities.
• Support release activities and contribute to release readiness validation.
• Work seamlessly with offshore teams to complete testing requirements collaboratively.
• Support quality engineering and automated testing efforts for AI, LLM, and GenAI-enabled applications and workflows.
