Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of quality engineering experience in aerospace or high‑precision manufacturing.
• Hands‑on with quality systems and regulatory compliance (AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, NADCAP).
• Proficiency with RCA, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, 8D, DMAIC/PDCA.
• Experience with FAI per AS9102 and PPAP documentation is preferred.
• ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, Epicor) and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured investigations using 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA; implement CAPA actions.
• Analyze inspection/test data; monitor KPIs; use SPC and Pareto to drive improvements.
• Exercise MRB authority for non‑conforming materials; coordinate rework or scrap.
• Develop inspection plans; conduct FAI per AS9102; support PPAP submissions.
• Prepare quality data packages for customer reviews and audits.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and procurement on DFM and process capability.
• Support internal, customer, and third‑party audits; close audit findings timely.
• Manage NCRs; coordinate corrective actions and quality agreements.
• Lead DMAIC/Kaizen initiatives; drive a culture of quality and accountability.
