• Review build manuals to ensure processes and materials meet standards.
• Investigate quality and production problems using root cause analysis.
• Maintain control of build manuals and ensure current versions are used.
• Ensure quotes and proposals meet customer, regulatory and standards.
• Create AS9100 first article documentation for quality records.
• Lead root cause analysis of production/material issues.
• Develop and document test results and improvement experiments.
• Participate in Material Review Board and dispositions.
• Ensure compliance with government, customer and regulatory bodies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
