Job summary

RTX, in collaboration with Pratt & Whitney, is seeking a Quality Engineer to provide tactical leadership for day-to-day quality functions at the Southern Logistics Center. You will lead investigations, support audits, and manage quality improvements to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least two years in Quality/Manufacturing/Engineering. Onsite work with opportunities to drive robust RCCA and process improvements across the value stream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years in Quality, Manufacturing or Engineering.
• Strong RCCA capability and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Logistics projects including Quality Reviews, internal/external Audits, CAR management and escape investigations.
• Report to Associate Director of Quality for the Southern Logistics Center.
• Complete internal auditor training and perform audits as scheduled.
• Coordinate escape management for logistics; drive root-cause and corrective actions.
• Foster relationships across PW and 3PL networks; improve RCCA proficiency.
