Alleima Special Metals, LLC in Kennewick, WA is seeking a seasoned Quality Engineer to lead quality planning for new and existing products, including process validation, risk assessment, and documentation.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and QA to sustain the QMS, drive root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, metallurgical, industrial, or related engineering discipline.
• Four+ years of quality engineering or related experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, process validation, or FAI.
• Experience supporting quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
• Aerospace, metals, or highly regulated environments preferred.
• Quality documentation and inspection processes, quality management software, and certifications such as ASQ or Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality planning activities for new and existing products, including process validation and risk assessment.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) for compliance with requirements.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor quality and process performance to drive continuous improvement and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Laboratory, and customer-facing teams to resolve quality concerns.
