Within our Specialized Business Unit, we produce high-performance titanium tube products for demanding industries such as Aerospace and Medical. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team at our Production Unit in Kennewick, Washington. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving quality excellence throughout the organization by leveraging strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
As a Quality Engineer, you will lead and support quality planning activities for new and existing products, including process validation, risk assessment, and quality documentation while supporting the organization's quality objectives. You will provide guidance on quality requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

You hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical, metallurgical, industrial, or a related engineering discipline and bring at least four years of quality engineering or related experience in a manufacturing environment. Your background includes quality planning and improvement methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, process validation, or First Article Inspection (FAI), along with experience supporting quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes. Experience in aerospace, metals, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments is preferred. Additionally, experience with quality documentation and inspection processes, quality management software, and professional certifications such as ASQ or Six Sigma are a plus.
The salary range for this position is $80, 169 – $111, 600 annually with a 10% bonus and annual merit eligibility.
