Polaris Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineering Leader in the United States to provide engineering leadership for assembly production. This role involves leading technicians and specialists to ensure adherence to quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in quality or process engineering, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success.
Provide quality engineering leadership and line support for assembly production, ensuring that products and processes meet defined safety and quality standards. Lead technicians and specialists while driving proactive and reactive quality improvements across assigned processes. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, support new product initiatives, and maintain strong quality performance. This role offers the opportunity to influence production quality, process effectiveness, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment with significant operational impact.
