Polaris Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a quality inspector to support production, teach operators to use gauges, and perform thorough inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
You will audit processes, handle non-conforming materials, maintain QA data, and assist with continuous improvements while working across shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements Mobility & Stamina: Prolonged standing (8+ hour shifts), walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, stooping, and crouching. Lifting: Frequently lifting/maneuvering heavy parts, materials, or products, usually up to 40 lbs. Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination for handling, touching, and inspecting small components or using instruments like calipers. Vision & Sensory: Superior close-up vision, depth perception, and color vision. Reaching & Accessing: Frequent reaching (overhead, lateral, forward) and sometimes climbing up on vehicles or ladders or working in confined spaces. Environmental Handling: Ability to work in environments requiring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, cut resistant gloves, and steel-toed boots.
Base Pay Range: $22.81 - $26.93 Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Visa sponsorship will not be provided. To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
