Job summary

CNH Industrial in Goodfield, IL seeks a Quality Engineer 1st Shift to drive quality planning, implementation, and sustainment of the Quality Management System. You will partner with supervisors and technicians to ensure product quality through inspections and data-driven improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or statistics and 2+ years in manufacturing QA, with strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, or Statistics is required.
• Two or more years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains quality standards for products and services.
• Conducts inspections at various production stages to ensure quality and reliability.
• Analyzes process data to confirm compliance or identify deviations.
• Develops and maintains QA procedures and supports ISO 9001:2000 compliance.
• Coordinates PPAP, MRB, and supplier quality issues with root-cause analysis.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen activities.
