Job summary

TRIUMPH is seeking a 1st shift Quality Engineer for its Windsor, CT team. This role will provide quality assurance engineering support to ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements.

The successful candidate will develop statistical performance data, implement Quality Management Systems, and provide expertise to enhance product launches and processes. A minimum of 2 years in a similar role and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality role within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of Quality Management Systems such as AS131000, AS9100, ISO-9001.
• Proficient in blue-print reading and GD&T principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze statistical and product/process performance data.
• Implement and improve Quality Management Systems.
• Provide Quality interface and expertise between the organization and customers.
• Facilitate the investigation and elimination of quality problems.
• Participate in product development and launch activities.
