Job summary

CNH Industrial—Goodfield, IL—seeks a Quality Supervisor 1st Shift to lead quality inspectors, implement QMS, and ensure ISO 9001 standards. You will drive process improvements, prepare quality metrics, and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.

The role requires an Associate degree in engineering or related fields and 2+ years in quality/engineering in manufacturing; 5+ years preferred. On-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics or related field.
2+ years of quality assurance/engineering in a manufacturing environment with ISO 9001 experience.
5+ years of quality assurance/engineering in manufacturing preferred.
Welding and paint knowledge or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of quality inspectors and quality gates, providing guidance and performance evaluation.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
Develop programs to establish and maintain quality standards for existing products and new developments.
Prepare regular reports on quality metrics and performance for management.
