Job summary

CNH Industrial in Goodfield, IL is seeking a Quality Engineer 1st Shift to join our manufacturing team. You will support quality planning, implementation, and sustainment of the Quality Management System, ensuring product and process conformity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, or Statistics and at least two years in Quality Assurance in manufacturing. Proficiency with MS Office is preferred and a competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, or Statistics.
Two (2) or more years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements programs to establish and maintain quality standards of existing products and services.
Works with Quality Supervisor and Techs to conduct inspections at various stages of production.
Analyzes statistical data to confirm compliance or identify deviations.
Develops, assures, and maintains the quality of products and processes, including ISO 9001:2000.
