Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Quality Engineer to join a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer. You will develop and implement quality plans, inspection procedures, and process documentation to ensure consistent product excellence across production lines.

You will analyze data using SPC, FMEA, and control plans, conduct audits, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions. The role emphasizes ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance and continuous improvement through cross‑functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of two years of experience in quality experience within an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, and CAPA methodologies.
• Proficiency with data analysis and quality software tools.
• ASQ CQE or Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for quality and operational excellence.
