Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead site quality initiatives at our Richardson, TX location. You will drive manufacturing process improvements, apply advanced quality tools, and mentor engineers to raise product quality and customer satisfaction.

You will serve as the technical authority on quality systems (APQP, PFMEA, eSPC) and align site practices with global standards while supporting New Product Introduction efforts.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
  • Proven use of advanced quality tools and methodologies in production.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Experience supporting new product introduction and process development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead site quality initiatives and technical problem solving.
  • Apply DOE, SPC, and other quality tools to improve processes.
  • Act as Site SME for quality systems and applications (APQP, PFMEA, eSPC).
  • Coach and mentor QE team; standardize site processes with global standards.
