Job summary

Jobot, a growing OEM supplier in Morristown, TN, seeks an entry level Quality Engineer to support the corrective action process and lead quality improvements with suppliers.

You will utilize 8D problem solving, root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa), and blueprint reading to reduce defects and enhance process capability. A BS degree and understanding of manufacturing are required; great growth opportunities await.

• Experience with the Corrective Action process (8D)
