Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team in the United States. The ideal candidate will drive product and process quality across manufacturing and engineering operations while ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.

You will work on continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help advance quality systems and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably within an automotive manufacturing or quality-driven environment.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Hands-on experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Experience working in supplier quality or managing supplier performance.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
